From intimate dinner parties to large outdoor events, or delicious drop-off spreads for office events, our cooking brings the bold flavors, bright colors and fresh textures of the Mediterranean right to your doorstep. Whatever the event, we will work with you to create a menu and an experience that lingers long in the memories of you, your guests, and loved ones. Our cooking is centered around slow-cooking, shared plates and seasonal, vegetable-forward dishes that celebrate North Country produce. Local meats, sourced exclusively from Clinton, Essex, Franklin and West Vermont farms, are given the attention and care they deserve as magnificent centerpieces in a meal, while we have an extensive repertoire of delicious vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
Mediterranean Service: Inspired by the wonderful leisurely sit-down feasts of this region, our meals follow a Mediterranean format, where courses flow naturally into each other as shared plates and platters are progressively introduced to the table. We love to eat this way ourselves, and find it really fosters an atmosphere of informality, enjoyment and interaction among guests.
Drinks: With an experienced in-house mixologist, we can provide an array of bespoke cocktails, mocktails and punches for your event, along with a generous selection of locally-brewed beers and delightful, mostly Mediterranean wines that perfectly complement the food and occasion. We can arrange all the necessary permits for service of alcoholic beverages. A minimum of 3 weeks' notice is required for this.
