Inspired by the rich seasonal produce of local farms and artisans and the very best of Mediterranean tradition, our food prioritizes freshness, simplicity, and the laughter, love and friendship that is generated by a great communal meal. 'Orta', a Turkish reference to the 'center' of the table, expresses our love of shared plates, generous hospitality, and the incredible, infinitely varied cuisines of the Mediterranean region.
